​A Reading Party in the Park 

​For the first time, Reading Rhythms is heading outdoors for a daytime weekend reading party on the Eastside—and we’re bringing the magic to Griffith Park.

​Join us for an afternoon of immersive reading, good company, and ambient soundscapes in one of LA’s most iconic green spaces. As always, you’re invited to bring any book you like, and we’ll guide you through structured silent reading sessions, 1-on-1 breakouts, and group discussions to weave together the diverse literary threads in the room (or, in this case, under the trees).

​What to Bring:

• ​A book (or two!)

• ​Any blankets, pillows, or chairs to make yourself comfortable

• ​Food & drinks (picnic-style encouraged)

​A Sound Track to Your Reading:

​To deepen the experience, @adamgoesham will be spinning a carefully curated selection of ambient and jazz vinyl throughout the afternoon. His warm, atmospheric mix will flow seamlessly with the natural rhythm of the event—enhancing focus, relaxation, and connection. This isn’t just background music; it’s a sound journey that makes reading immersive, something you feel as much as you hear.
