Singer and actress Demi Lovato revealed that she feels comfortable with her body after giving up the diet culture.
On Monday (1/3/2021), Demi uploaded a video of herself posing in front of a mirror on Instagram.
In the video Demi shares that she lost weight accidentally after taking a more relaxed approach to eating and exercising.
