● The soft(spaces) Clubhouse located in The Bronx (10456), ~0.7 miles from the 2/5 Freeman Street subway station. Exact address is shared with confirmed RSVPs!

ACCESSIBILITY
● The soft(spaces) backyard is 5 steps from street level: 5 steps → landing with ample moving space → non-ADA accessible exterior corridor (~2-3' wide) → backyard. The backyard has concrete and grass space. The available bathroom is inside, two steps down. The bathroom is not ADA accessible.

REFUNDS:
● We are able to offer refunds up to 72 hours prior to an event. Fees are deducted from every transaction and we account for that in our refunds. The card transaction fee and Luma platform fee total ~11% of each transaction, so your refund will be the amount of your ticket minus the fees
(ie: if your ticket is $20, 11% of that is $2.20, which would bring your refund total to $17.80).
