Smita Rajgopal is a creative director, storyteller, and founder of SMITTEN, a boutique branding lab with roots in New York, Dubai, and India. For nearly two decades, she’s helped organizations, from legacy institutions and brands like the Olympics, Bacardi and Barbie to emerging brands, find clarity in their voice and confidence in their identity.
Her approach blends deep strategy with human-centered storytelling, shaped as much by her experience in global boardrooms as by long runs through the city and time spent suspended mid-air as an aerial performer. Smita believes creativity isn’t about perfection, it’s about perspective, persistence, and finding meaning in the mess.
