Then I came across the concept of a “permissionless apprentice” by Jack Butcher. It legitimately changed my life.
Jack Butcher’s original concept of the permissionless apprentice was about taking control of your own education by learning from the examples of others and studying their journey, their habits, and their lessons learned instead of asking for permission to formally apprentice under them.
For example, you don’t have to hope Warren Buffet agrees to take you under his wing and teach you what he’s learned—you can just study what he’s shared, read books on him, and dive into his life history right now, without needing to ask permission.
You mean I don’t have to wait for someone to give me permission to do something? I can just…do it?
I took this concept and applied it to not just learning from others, but teaching others what I already knew.
I became a Permissionless Writer.
I started using my knowledge not to write generic “How-To” content, but specific “How-You” and “How-We” content targeted at specific people with specific, time-sensitive, painful problems I knew I could help them overcome.
And my life has never been the same since.
I’ve used this approach to attract incredible opportunities like getting on major podcasts, working with amazing people from all over the world, become friends with people who inspired me for years, and carved out a nice life for myself and my loved ones by sharing what I know in a specific way—the permissionless approach to writing.

What if I’m not a writer?
If you create content in any medium, these frameworks will help—we’ll just be focusing on writing as a medium, but if you make videos, infographics, etc. this will still be helpful.
What's the format of the workshop?
We'll do about an hour of content with tons of concepts, frameworks, and exercises you can take with you to apply what you learn. Then we'll move into open Q&A to make sure you're clear on how to apply these concepts to attract your own life-changing opportunities.
