eWaste and Electronic Swap!
We welcome you to bring tools, electronic components, usable e-waste and small shop equipment like 3D printers that you do not use or want anymore. Bring as much as you can so that we can truly swap it or get rid of it.
Should you have any larger equipment, bringing a photo is encouraged. We ask that you do not bring batteries, and dispose of those at your local Staples.
Items not taken will be donated or disposed of responsibly by sanitation partners.
It is close to Halloween, so you can trade components for your costumes!
Thank you to our host!
Tomorrow Lab is excited to host an eWaste Recycle and Swap event at their office in the Greenpoint Manufacturing & Design Center (GMDC) in Brooklyn. As a hardware technology product development company, we often need proper disposal services for electronic components and equipment used in our prototyping. This event will not only help us and others in the short term, but we also hope to develop a lasting eWaste disposal network at GMDC for future use.
Thank you to our partners.
