• ​A clear problem to work on and specific segment(s) with validation insights.

• ​2-3 hypotheses confirmed or challenged through interviews and experiments.

• ​An interview script tailored for the next stages of validation.

• ​A complete empathy map capturing user insights.

• ​Clarity on what the problem is, who has it, how they currently solve it, and how much they’d be willing to pay.

• ​How to identify opportunities and articulate a problem.

• ​How to create hypotheses and experiments to validate ideas.

• ​How to conduct effective user interviews and interpret the results.
