Tournament Overview:
Gear up for an exhilarating summer of pickleball in Manhattan! Compete every Sunday and Monday from 12 PM to 4 PM, starting June 9th through September 1st, for the title of NYC's top amateur pickleball team.
Event Schedule & Location:
• Venue: Weekly games are held at Pier 76, West Side Manhattan.
• Dates: Every Sunday and Monday, from June 9th to September 1st.
• Time: 12 PM to 4 PM.
Registration & Teams:
• Limited Availability: Each game day is limited to 8 teams (16 players total) per court.
• Secure your spot early: The more games you play and win, especially with larger point differences, the higher your team's ranking.
• Early Bird Special: Register before June 9th for free entry to the entire tournament! After that, it'll be $20 registration plus $20 per game.
Rules & Scoring (Pay close attention):
• Increase Your Odds: You can join as many games before 8/1, provided slots are available. Active participation increases your chances of achieving a higher ranking.
• Playoffs Kickoff: The top 16 teams as of August 1st will advance to the knockout phase. Make sure you're available to compete in the finals on September 1st.
Prizes:
• Grand Prize: $500 for the winning team.
• Second Prize: $250.
• Third Prize: $100.
