Get ready to embark on an adventure with The Green Journey Across America and Nautilus Solar! Join us on Thursday, September 12 for a delicious, free picnic and to demo the first solar-powered trikes to cross the USA!
We're coming to the end of our 4,000 mile solar-powered bike ride from San Francisco to New York City and are gathering with the Baltimore and Greater Maryland community to share our prototype solar bikes, rally for the clean energy transition, and answer your questions on how to participate in cost savings and carbon savings by switching to community solar!
This event is hosted by Megan Routbort and Thomas Polo, who have been on the road sharing climate solutions since 2023.
Whether you're a cycling enthusiast, a supporter of renewable energy, or just looking for a fun community event, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved. Let's come together to celebrate solar power and embark on an adventure that aims to accelerate the transition to clean energy!

Date: Thursday, September 12
Meetup time & location: We'll meet starting at 5:30 PM near the Sundial Pavilion in Druid Hill Park. We'll hang around until sunset (around 7:30) and provide a free picnic meal, a meet & greet with Nautilus Solar, and demo rides on solar-powered trikes!
Rain location: In case of rain, we'll meet at the nearby Nepenthe Brewing Co. (3626 Falls Rd, Baltimore, MD 21211)
