​A limited batch of 9000 bottles annually, which showcase the very best Irish Single Malt - a tripled distilled, no chill filtered 100% Single Malt whiskey, expertly matured in first fill flame charred American oak Bourbon cask for a minimum of 12 years.

​2. Writer’s Tears Single Pot Still Whiskey

​Crafted from a recipe of 100% Single Pot Still, that has been triple distilled, and matured in a combination of American Bourbon casks, Spanish Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, and Italian Florio Marsala hogsheads bringing out a true explosion of flavours and beautiful texture.
