Did you know Daniel Golman popularised the term 'emotional intelligence' in 1995 nearly 30 years after the term was first coined? I haven't been able to find a decent definition for 'inclusive intelligence', so I created one! I define it as 'The ability to use knowledge, understanding and judgement about differences between people to create experiences & solutions that work for everyone." It is foundational, yet missing in all too many business leaders.
