Rest and clarity. Women`s Circle with Cacao ceremony.
The attributes of summer are fire, action and creativity. And we are enjoying it! So good 😊 But do not forget to take a rest from time to time and reflect; to bring some balance in busy sunny days.
In the fullness of summer, we gather to slow down. I invite you to join me for a sacred afternoon meeting of deep rest and gentle clarity. Through the heart-opening ritual of Cacao, the nurturing space of a Women's Circle, and the healing practice of Yoga Nidra, we will explore calming softness and stillness.
What to expect:
- Women`s circle
- Meditation with a cup of delicious ceremonial cacao
- Gentle breathwork
- Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
- A space to recharge and pause
- A little meaningful gift with intention to rest 😉

We meet on Sunday, 10/8, at 14:30-16:30 in Ungdomens Hus, Sal 19, 4th floor (entrance from Torpgatan 21, the door on the left)
After the payment I will send you all practical details :)
The ceremonial cacao is not recommended with serious heart conditions and while taking antidepressants or anti-psychotics (SSRIs). Please talk to your doctor if you have any questions connected to your health condition and drinking the ceremonial cacao.

Cancellation policy and other terms
Cancellations are non-refundable, however if you cannot participate in the session you can give your spot to other person or use the money you paid as “a credit” and take a part in other events (for example yoga class, meditation session) created by Ewa Gniewecka-Hakim, within 2 months.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen events (Force Majeure). In that case the whole amount of money will be refunded.
