About Me:
As a fractional executive and leadership consultant with 25 years of offsite planning prowess under my belt, learned what it takes to create both virtual and in-person events that truly resonate. I've previously held leadership roles at QuotaPath, DEV, and GitHub, wearing many hats in multiple industries, including tech and nonprofits, as a community builder, managing director, and software engineer.
Additionally, I started a podcast about being a parent in tech, Parent Driven Development, and am an internationally recognized keynote speaker. I'm also very involved in the Ruby programming community as a current board member and the former President of Ruby Central and in the Schusterman ROI community as a DC area igniter.
Through these roles, I've designed programs that push the boundaries of what interactive sessions can be, executing effective gatherings for small leadership teams to startup companies to large conferences. With all this experience, I can help you navigate the details that make an offsite truly successful. Let’s work together to bring your vision to life and create an offsite your team will remember.
