10 Things Small Teams Need to Know About Fundraising
Featuring Sara Hoshooley
Small teams can do big things—especially when they stop trying to copy what the big players are doing and start leaning into what makes them different.
If you’re part of a small fundraising team—or if fundraising is just one of the many hats you wear—this session is designed just for you. We’ll explore how to make small but strategic shifts in your planning and execution to boost your fundraising results, without burning out your team.
You’ll leave with a new perspective on the unique strengths of small teams and how to use them to your advantage. Whether you're juggling multiple roles or leading a lean development team, this session will help you focus your energy on what really moves the needle.
What you’ll take away from this session:
How to build a right-sized fundraising strategy that plays to your team’s strengths
Ideas for making the most of your time, energy, and relationships
Why small teams can often be more innovative and effective than larger ones
Practical tips to simplify your efforts and focus on what matters most
