In this workshop, we will explore the basics of mindfulness and learn practical tools for reducing stress, increasing joy, improving sleep, and enhancing your overall well-being.
Each session will include conversation, teaching, breakdown of breath and meditation techniques, guided practice, and reflection.
No past experience with meditation or breath work is needed!
