​About Our Expert:
Eniola was born and raised in Oakland, CA and currently conducts impactful user research with cross-functional teams at Meta. After earning a bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, she began her career in the biotechnology space, and later moved on to advance Design Thinking at Kaiser Permanente. She then designed research strategy and led research across the digital platform at Silicon Valley Bank, before joining Meta.

Outside of her full-time position, Eniola founded a UXR consultancy and career coaching business where she guides UX Researchers to launch lucrative careers in tech and leads UX projects with innovative startups. She also leads the brand team for Tech Connect Africa, a startup working to bring Africans together all over the world to advance technology on the continent.
