We will start with a welcoming circle, then embodiment practice, followed by short dance choreography, then closing circle. You will leave feeling like a true Goddess!
Sensual Embodiment— This practice of allowing my body to move freely in a fluid & sensual way has been more healing than I ever imagined.
What is Sensual Embodiment? Basically it's the idea of somatic movement that focuses on a more feminine, sensual, fluid movements. Somatic movement, generally speaking, is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement. It's a very inward experience
