Facing the generational gap in law firms

​Currently, we see that many organizations’ workforce is comprised of several different generations, each of which has unique perspectives, habits and values when it comes to professional life. Inevitably, the differences in behavior and outlook between groups of people who grew up in a different time and context, lead to conflicts and distrust. During this meaningful conversation, we will reflect on how we can effectively address the challenges that arise from these generational differences and embrace age diversity within law firms.
