DEI officers, inclusion strategies, blind hiring processes, and more have been used by organisations to attract and retain top diverse talent. But are these actions truly worthwhile or a superficial fix?
This week, we’ll be talking about how effective current initiatives are, what else could work, intersectionality, and real-life outcomes for BAME/non-male/neurodiverse/working-class workers.
Our community member Jenny, whose startup work covers diversity and inclusion, will be co-hosting this event with Jeremy, Community Lead at Sphere.
