Ladies, we are so excited and delighted to collaborate with Lipé House of Wellness for this very special private event in Miami. Join us on this very special day as we experience an afternoon of bliss in the company of 15 wonderful like-minded women. We wanted to create a sanctuary for you to step into, forget about your stressful week and connect deeply with yourself. Leave feeling connected and inspired to elevate your inner-world and live with joy.
We have a 4 hour event packed with workshops and a ton of value:
1:00 PM: Arrival, greetings, Lipé Wellness House tour
1:30 PM: Learn about Lipé & Les Femmes' missions in our community
1:45 PM - 2:15 PM - Meditation begins/with music
2:15 PM - 2:30 PM - Journaling - focus on what brings you joy, purpose and fulfillment. How can we have you do more of what makes you happy? Thoughtful journal prompts will be provided. Journals will be provided for this exercise. You are welcome to bring your own journal if you prefer to write in it directly.
2:30 PM - 2:45 PM - Dance to release stress
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Sisterhood Circle and Sharing. Dive deep into a discussion about what you are trying to manifest and create in your life and what blocks are you experiencing. This exercise will provide us with an opportunity to think about and verbalize our blocks to then bring resolution to them through inspiration and encouragement from others around us.
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Join Esmé, founder of Lipé Wellness, for an enlightening Detox Workshop. Discover the essential aspects of liver detoxification, its significance for overall health, and practical strategies to seamlessly integrate liver health practices into your daily routine. The more you know the better decision you can make for your liver health long-term.
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Use cold plunge or hot sauna (Depending on what's available - this will be upon Lipé's discretion)
5:30 PM - Goodbyes, Group Hugs and Goodie bags
