Arrival & Equipment Information
Please arrive 45 minutes before your activity to collect your ticket and gear. Early arrival allows time to relax and explore before the fun begins. Late arrivals may miss the safety briefing, and access may be denied without a refund.
Clothing & Hygiene:
UK locations: Gloves and socks can be purchased at the Snozone shop.
Included Equipment:
Your ticket covers boots, skis, snowboard, poles, and helmets, all thoroughly cleaned after each use.
Lockers:
Lockers are available—please bring a £1 coin, refundable after your visit.
