Reclaiming Your Ancestral Resources: An Exploration of Inheritance
Lab X Presents: Ancestral Resourcing with Nallely Courtney
Our ancestors carry stories that live in our bodies—patterns, strengths, longings, and wisdom waiting to be remembered. In this session, you'll explore how reconnecting with your ancestral lineage can offer grounding, clarity, and direction in your process of becoming. Through embodied practices and gentle reflection, we’ll create space to meet what’s been passed down, and choose what we carry forward.
This workshop is for you if you’re...
🌀 Sensing the influence of generational patterns—but unsure how to work with them
🌀 Craving grounding that goes deeper than the here-and-now
🌀 Longing to feel connected to your lineage, even if it feels distant or complicated
🌀 Holding questions about who you are and where you come from
🌀 Seeking a more spacious, sacred relationship to your inner life

About Your Guide
Nallely Courtney is a trauma-informed practitioner bridging cultural perspectives through her Mexican-German heritage. Her approach integrates somatic awareness, relational healing, and spiritual practice, informed by years of experience in nursing, somatic education, Somatic Experiencing, and hospice care.
Drawing from her background in palliative care and ancestral healing, Nallely brings profound insight to processes involving vulnerability and transformation. Her methodology incorporates ancestral awareness, meditation, yoga, and indigenous wisdom traditions, with a focus on a resource-oriented, wholesome perspective of being human. She creates spaces where clients can explore unmet aspects of themselves while honoring the intersection of spiritual practice and human connection.
A Note from Nallely
One of the things I love most about being a somatic educator, coach, and palliative care nurse is witnessing the depth of wisdom that lives within us—not just in our own bodies, but in the generations that came before us. My work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their ancestors, their lineage, and their embodied sense of self as a way to deepen belonging and step more fully into who they are becoming.
