Refund Policy
Refunds: Full refund for cancellations made more than 20 days in advance; 50% refund for cancellations within 10 days; no refund within 5 days.
Transfers: If you wish to transfer your spot after your application is approved, please contact the staff(TG:@muziknozik), and the transferee will need to fill out the form again. The deadline of transfer is October 25th, 2024.
Disclaimer
Event Association: CypherHouse is held concurrently with Devcon. We anticipate providing a co-living and communication platform for participants on the premise of a successful Devcon event.
Force Majeure Cancellation Policy: Should the CypherHouse event be compelled to cancel due to unforeseeable local force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public health incidents, etc.), the organizer will follow the local Airbnb refund policy to ensure that the rights and interests of participants are properly handled.
Refund Process: In the event of cancellation, the organizer will promptly notify all participants and assist them in completing the refund process in accordance with Airbnb's refund policy.
