Had a long week? Come and join us in a walk through Regents Park to take some time for self-care and make some meaningful friendships 💜

Mindful walking is the practice of walking with awareness of the present moment, and the surroundings that present themselves. In relation to preventive health, it helps with both physical and mental well-being.

Schedule:
10:30 AM - Meet outside Regents Park Tube Station
10:35 AM - Start walking
11:10 AM - Chill, snack and chat at St John's Lodge Garden
11:30 AM - Start walking back to the Tube Station
12:00 PM - End of event
