About Event

In today's market, hiring skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) talent can be challenging. As the pandemic fast-forwarded the move toward flexible work, competition for talent has increasingly moved from a local to a global scene. So, as a home-grown Nordic B2B SaaS business about to embark on the scaling journey, how do you attract, retain and grow top talent?

Join us for an insightful breakfast event where we will explore practical tips and actionable strategies to help you avoid common pitfalls and make informed hiring decisions.

Our speakers, including Fredrik Thomassen (CEO at Superside), Katherine Barrios (CCO at Xeneta), Ingrid Bonde Åkerlind (Investor at Oxx), and Arne Tonning (Partner at Alliance VC), will lead a discussion covering key topics such as:

  • Understanding the nuances of hiring GTM talent in the Nordic region

  • Identifying and overcoming common hiring challenges

  • Building a compelling employer brand to attract top talent

  • Leveraging technology and data to streamline your recruitment process – how do you win on user experience both for the recruiter and for the candidate?

Whether you are a startup aiming to build a strong team from the ground up or an established company looking to enhance your talent acquisition strategy, this event is designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. Take this opportunity to gain valuable insights from industry experts, network with like-minded professionals, and elevate your hiring strategy to new heights.
