Breathe & Be - Guided Meditation and Writing Practice
Our Breathe & Be Guided Meditation and Writing Practice today is an invitation for us all to come together and share our heart through our words. This will be a great opportunity for anyone working on a current piece of writing or for those of you who want to come along and join in for the joy of writing. There will be a 20-minute guided meditation, followed by 20-minutes of guided writing and journaling, with a final 5-minutes of community sharing.
To make the most of this experience, please...
-bring along a journal/piece of paper and pen
-any art/pieces of writing you'd like to work on during the writing practice (if you'd like to do so)
-have some water nearby
-enjoy a warm cup of tea, coffee or cacao (optional)
-sit in a cosy space where you can sit or lay down comfortably, bring any blankets if you'd like to
-wear headphones if you'd like to feel more connected to my voice and the music
-bring along any tarot/oracle cards, crystals etc. - anything you find supportive for these spaces
-come with an open heart and if you feel more comfortable, please keep your camera off
-please ensure your microphone is switched off until we open for community conversation in the final 5 mins
Hey, I'm Emma, currently living between the UK and Ibiza, whilst travelling and exploring the world. Right now, I podcast, write poetry, hold space for the full spectrum of what it means to be human and facilitate meditation.
