Women Grieving Fathers - Sharing Circle 2025
After receiving plenty of positive feedback and gratitude from participants who attended our sharing circles dedicated solely to women who've lost fathers or father figures, Jo and I committed to holding these spaces once every quarter.
We will aim to have a guest speaker for the first half of the session and will open the space for sharing during the second half. Please reach out if you have a suggestion for a topic, or theme or would like to co-host with us.
This will be our first sharing circle of 2025.
What to expect?
We tend to start with a short meditation to ground ourselves and create an intimate and safe space for participants to ask questions, connect and share.
We aim to create a supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable to share vulnerably, laugh, cry and just be.
We believe in the healing power of sharing and collective empathy. Despite a serious topic, we aim to welcome conversations with warmth and finish on a light, positive note.
Format of the session
Welcome and meditation led by Jo (10 min)
Guest speaker and Q&A (30 + 10 min)
Women's sharing circle (1 hour)
Closing (10 min)
Please note that only the first half of the session may be recorded to ensure the privacy of the sharing circle.
