Divyansh Saini is the co-founder of Houseware, a seed-stage SaaS startup recently acquired by LaunchDarkly. Over the last 3 years, he’s lived the founder journey—building in public, pivoting through product-market discovery, and ultimately navigating a strategic acquisition. He now leads product efforts at LaunchDarkly while advising early-stage founders on go-to-market, storytelling, and exit readiness.
