• ​Savory mushroom rice (Diri Djon Djon)

• ​Red snapper (Poisson Gros Sel)

• ​Goat in Creole sauce (Kabrit en Sauce)

• ​Spicy shredded codfish (Chiktay)

• ​Chicken in Creole sauce (Poulet en Sauce)

• ​Haitian vegetable stew (Legumes)

• ​Rice with bean sauce (Diri ak Sauce Pwa)

• ​Spicy pickled relish (Pikliz)
