About Event

Guilt and grief aren’t just emotional — they live in your shoulders, hips, and womb space.

In this movement-based circle, we’ll explore how chronic tension, pain, or fatigue are often unspoken grief stories in the body. Together, we’ll gently move through somatic practices to honor and release these stories — no force, no judgment.

You’ll learn:

  • How guilt and grief become stored in the nervous system and fascia

  • Signs your body is carrying suppressed emotion

  • Practices to release emotion and reconnect to inner softness

What to Expect

  • Breath-led body scan + gentle movement

  • Embodied journaling to locate grief in the body

  • Group discussion on body listening and physical forgiveness

  • Closing integration to restore peace in the tissues
