


Mental Flexibility: A Mind-Body Workshop (3 part series: July 10, 17, 24)
Come stretch your mindset, shift your patterns, and leave feeling a little lighter.
This 3-part workshop, which takes place over 3 warm summer evenings in July, invites participants to explore their personal relationship to flexibility—not of the body, but of the mind.
How do you respond when things don’t go as planned? When do you notice mental tension, resistance, or blocks?
Mental flexibility is what supports emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. It allows us to adapt, shift perspectives, stay open-minded, and meet change with curiosity instead of fear.
We’ll explore questions like:
What is my relationship to inflexibility?
Where in my life do I feel rigid, reactive, or stuck?
Am I able to flow when things don’t go my way?
How do I respond to uncertainty or disruption?

This space welcomes overthinkers, feelers, seekers, and anyone looking to loosen mental knots through creative play and mindful exploration. Maybe you're a recovering overachiever, or someone simply navigating big life shifts. This series will help you loosen your grip, soften resistance, and explore new ways of responding—with more creativity, clarity, and ease.
This workshop is especially great for those who:

Feel reactive or emotionally rigid when plans change

✨ Workshop Flow
We begin with light stretching and breathwork to drop into the body. From there, we move through a series of reflective exercises—written, drawn, and shared—to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that shape our inner landscapes. We'll use resistance bands, movement, and play.
Together, we’ll support one another in softening our edges and exploring more fluid, playful ways of thinking and being.
This workshop weaves together:
Playful embodiment & somatic movement
Creative expression (drawing + writing)
Group support, sharing & reflection
Mindfulness & meditation

This is a 3-part workshop which takes place over 3 Thursday evenings in July (July 10, 17, 24). Each session is 2 hours 19h-21h. Before signing up, please make sure you can attend all three sessions in order to benefit from the full program.
