Venture Fellow Learning Session: Investor Terms & Negotiations

​Ready to get a clearer understanding of how investors negotiate deals after due diligence is complete? District Angels is inviting you to join us for an interactive learning session where we’ll break down what new investors need to know about the cap table, term sheet and legal negotiations. This session will provide an overview of an investor’s non-negotiables and what happens before an investor writes a check.

​This isn’t your typical information session! You’ll be learning alongside District Angels 2nd cohort of Venture Fellows, who will be diving into the material with you. This session is designed to be highly engaging, with a 45-minute presentation followed by group discussions around key topics. Afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on group activity to apply what you’ve learned and share your progress with the class.
