Brunch with Code.Sip.Repeat and Tribaja
Join Atlanta's tech crew for Code.Brunch.Repeat. — a unique brunch experience blending coding, connection, and good vibes! Whether you're a Python pro or just starting out, this is where coding gets social. We’re wrapping up this year's Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA) 2025 Conference in style — and this year is extra special as it marks 50 years of Black excellence in tech, innovation, and leveling up the next generation of talent.
Here's What's Happening:
Code Something Cool: Get hands-on with a Python project led by Rosalind McCullough, an expert from UC Berkeley. No experience needed – just bring your laptop!
Connect IRL: Network, collaborate, and vibe with fellow devs, creatives, and tech-curious folks.
Good Beats, Great Eats: Enjoy live music from an ATL DJ, plus food and a cash bar.
Real Fun: This isn't your average workshop; it's a full-on, Atlanta-style tech experience focused on positive vibes and building community.
This Event Is For You If:
You love coding and want to connect with others
You're looking to plug into Atlanta's vibrant tech scene
You're ready to learn and have fun!
Special thanks to our community partner InspiredU! InspiredU’s purpose is to bridge the gaps in digital literacy and access by providing our communities' most marginalized and vulnerable citizens with the resources and support they need to be competitive in pursuit of education and work preparedness.
InspiredU's work has revealed an urgent need for increased digital access and literacy among adults with school-age children, especially as Atlanta’s schools move further toward paperless and virtual learning models. Their initiatives, therefore, support both the future of work and the future of education.
