About the Speaker
Ken Lui has extensive R&D and industrial management experiences in the food industry; he has 25 + years of experience in Canada’s food processing sector. He is currently working as an Industrial Technology Advisor with the National Research Council Canada. He works with clients and partners to encourage and support innovation in Canada's small and medium sized enterprises through advisory services, networking and funding opportunities. He assists firms to develop innovative ideas into commercial success and to deploy solutions to meet Canada's current and future industrial needs.
