About XX YC:
XX YC is the YC female founder group. This group was created to provide female founders with perspective, tips, and support from those that have been in the same position. Running a startup is not easy — and it can be even harder as a female. Let’s try to change that by helping each other out with real and meaningful support.
Our Code of Conduct:
By participating in the XX community—you agree to our community standards below. Similarly to YC, XX is a community of people who identify as women who trust one another, often solely on the basis of participation in the YC program.
We share a set of common values including integrity, respect and accountability. The continuing strength and value of this community hinges on the trustworthiness of its members. Founders who behave unethically or violate these community standards put the reputation of this community at risk and may be removed.
As a member of the XX community, we agree to:
Treat fellow XX members with integrity, fairness and respect.
Keep off-the-record or confidential information (conversations within XX events, information about XX members or their companies) private and secret.
Not harass or threaten any YC community member, co-founder, employee, or anyone else.
Keep your word, including honoring our off-the-record events policy when asked out of respect for fellow community members and our speakers.
To maintain the strength of our community, if a founder behaves unethically or violates our off-the-record policy, we will revoke their YC XX community membership. Depending on the severity of the situation, the founder may also be reported to Y Combinator for further action. Thank you for respecting our community standards.
