Join Bloom and The Cognitive Corner (TCC) for a joint therapeutic collage art journalling workshop guided by Meghan Watson, MA. RP and Simone Saunders, M.S.W. RSW 💖

​This offering is for you if:

  • You're curious about finding ways to regulate and resource your nervous system in community 🫂

  • Are curious about exploring therapeutic creative practices guided by licensed therapists 🛋

  • Want inspiration, ideas and support to build a sustainable wellness & coping practice 😊

​Grounded and informed by narrative, art and somatic therapies, all supplies will be provided, and exploration of the therapeutic prompts will be supported in an intimate setting.

​​What's Included:

  • ​​🌱Custom therapeutic journal prompts + curated resources designed by Simone and Meg, plus access to a selection of digital and physical resource archives from previous events.

  • Nervous system grounding psycho-education, group processing, connection, therapeutic reflection and support 🫂 Insurance reimbursement available at request⚡️

  • 📚 Vintage/ archival magazines + books to reference, cut and paste.

  • ​🎨 Various curated card-stock, specialty papers, stationery, stickers, and assorted ephemera for your collages.

  • ​​✂️ All necessary collage tools for use including scissors, glue + precision cutting materials.

  • ​​🍿 Snacks + beverages while you create.
