THE EXPERIENCE
Led by Teodora Sklayne, founder of Attika Fitness and certified in neuroscience-based breathwork, and Kendal St Clair, Subconscious Mind Coach, and Trauma Informed Somatic Healer, this workshop merges science with holistic practices to empower your mind and body to enter a state of deep, calm, presence.
The session begins with an introduction to the neuroscience behind breathwork and sound healing, highlighting how these practices can enhance your focus, emotional regulation, and productivity - giving you practices to take home that you can continue using beyond the session. You’ll then transition into a calming preparation for the main breathwork and sound healing session, creating a space for stillness and inner awareness.
Teodora will guide you through a transformational breathwork practice, using the Wim Hof Method to activate both your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. This practice strengthens your vagus nerve and primes you for deep relaxation, focus, and better emotional regulation in the long run.
Following the breathwork session, Kendal will lead a sound healing journey using quartz crystal sound bowls and various other instruments, helping you to achieve a state of inner balance and deep peace. The soothing frequencies will assist you in releasing any lingering stress or tension and balancing your nervous system to align your energy for increased states of presence, calm, and focus that will be carried on even after the session ends.

Teodora Sklayne is the founder of Attika Fitness, a certified Neuroscience-based Breathwork Practitioner, and a Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. She combines her passion for fitness with the latest in mind-body science to create transformative experiences that help individuals master their connection to their body, reduce stress, and achieve optimal mental and physical performance.
Kendal St Clair is a Subconscious Mind Coach, Reiki Master, and Trauma Informed Somatic Healer. She guides people to self-heal, break cycles, and regulate their nervous system to reconnect to their passion, love, and joy. Kendal combines her experience of somatic and quantum healing with sound, breathwork, and neuroscience to empower individuals to live life aligned to their soul’s true essence. She is committed to helping others become an energetic match to their deepest desires and release anything that is not in alignment with their highest timeline ~ ultimately shaping the world into a place of deep peace and harmony.
