Biodiversity-themed art competition for kids & teens
** This is a virtual opportunity and at your own pace. **
Children and teens of LA (and beyond!), you are invited to join the Wild Postcard Project’s biodiversity-themed artwork competition.
Biodiversity is all living things like plants, animals, fungi, microorganisms, and the habitats they form.
For this event, we are calling on young artists and nature lovers to showcase their local biodiversity. Get outside – whether along the street where you live, in your local park, at the ocean, or up into the hills… Look up, look down, look around – what biodiversity do you see? What do you hear?
Then, grab some art supplies and get creative! All art forms are welcome – paintings, drawings, etchings, screen prints, collages, sculptures, etc.
We look forward to receiving your creations, and seeing your local biodiversity through your eyes.
