Build Better Project Plans – Live Project Management Charter Training

​From Initial Requirements pre-initiation to completing a Project’s Charter: Building a charter to get you started right from the beginning.  This result is applicable to agile, predictive and hybrid projects. Approved charters enable improved planning. 

​We will walk you through a clean and effective process for creating a project charter using STS and AI.  Charlie will guide the teaching, and I will navigate our board live. You will receive a copy of the board after the session, and we may build on it in future sessions. You will be encouraged to add your own project’s context to this board to generate a “possible” charter for your project.  I say it is possible, since you will need to check out the work AI has done for you to determine if it is correct for your project.
