​Join us for a mindful morning - experience three rounds of guided heat therapy enhanced by essential oils and music, followed by optional community coffee.

​When: Wednesday, 7:00 AM (arrive 6:45-6:55)

​Where: Kalvebod Brygge 9, København, 1560

​Duration: 1:15 hour + optional social time

​What to Bring:

​- 2 towels (rental available for 30 kr)

​- Water bottle

​- Open mind

​Experience includes:

​- Professional Aufguss ceremony

​- 3 guided heat rounds (10-12 min each)

​- Essential oils & music

​- Cooling periods between rounds

​- Optional community coffee after

​**Note**: Please arrive by 6:55 to change and settle in. We start promptly at 7:00.
