About Event

ACJR's 2024 Salary Survey showed 65% of jobs are held by men - what can women do to move that needle?  Join Laura Shin, crypto journalist, Molly Jane Zuckerman, opinion editorial editor at Blockworks and other panelists as we discuss strategies for women to further inroads into crypto journalism and comms positions.

Katherine Ross is a news editor based in Austin. She worked as a senior producer and correspondent at TheStreet prior to joining Blockworks. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on journalism from Sarah Lawrence.

Laura Shin is one of the foremost women leaders in crypto journalism. She began writing about crypto/blockchain in 2015. Author of several books, she is a much sought after speaker at major crypto events.

Molly Jane Zuckerman, moderator, is a founder of the Association of Cryptocurrency Journalists and Researchers, is the opinion editor at Blockworks. She previously led educational content at CoinMarketCap and ran the news desk at Cointelegraph. Molly Jane is now based in New York after almost a decade in Russia, and can talk your ear off about Russia lit and detective novels.
