Impactful connections - Regeneration Edition
Networking is an essential ingredient in any successful business. However, it can be time-consuming and even awkward.
At IMMA Collective, we do things differently. Instead of enduring endless one-on-ones and unstructured networking events, we're creating intentional moments for reflection and connection.
This month’s networking event focuses on the question, “How do you bring regenerative practices into your work as a consultant?” We have gathered 3 independent practitioners to lead the conversation about how they use regeneration in their work, followed by an invitation for you to reflect and explore how to integrate this into your world.
Our aim is to provide a structured, introvert-friendly space that allows people to network in meaningful ways around the topic of regeneration.
Who is it for?
This event brings together independent consultants and those at the start of their freelance journey who have a focus and interest in regeneration.
How is it structured?
We have a panel of three practitioners who will share insights into regeneration and what it’s like working as a consultant in that space. Afterward, participants can choose which speaker’s room they would like to join to delve deeper into a specific topic. A brief introduction to our three facilitators:
Nenad Maljković is a professional group process facilitator mainly active in permaculture, eco-village and Transition Towns networks.
Your conversation with him will be about making remote, online collaboration and communication regenerative, and also how to connect remote work with a place.
Emily Lin is a planet-centric designer who uses organisational design, impact education and change facilitation to build empowering cultures and resilient practices.
With her you will dive into weaving regenerative practices into existing systems, collaborations, and organizations as well as handling resistance while fostering adaptability while building regenerative communities.
Joshua Stehr is a freelance service & product designer, researcher and strategist focused on climate and social impact.
In his room, you will discuss what it means to shift towards a regenerative design practice, including opportunities and challenges, and discuss how to attract clients and projects with a regenerative purpose.
You will leave with…
Insights into the space and new connections that you can follow up with after the event to stay in touch, explore potential collaborations, or become accountability buddies. That's what we've heard from those who attended, along with praises like:
"Great to connect with different experts and learn from their experience, as well as others facing similar challenges."
Networking can be tough, but it doesn't have to be.
