The Leadership Accelerator Mastermind (LAM) is a curated leadership program designed to provide founders and executives with the tools, frameworks, and support needed to lead high-performing teams in dynamic startup environments.
This program uniquely combines an in-person kickoff event with ongoing monthly mastermind sessions, creating a powerful blend of experiential learning, peer support, and expert guidance.
Through a unique and immersive experience in the F-35 simulator, participants will build trust and connection with peers while developing skills that can be applied in the workplace and beyond.

A high-impact leadership session led by experienced operators Mauro Mujica-Parodi, and Osnat Fried Laznik.
Mauro combines military rigor, startup scaling experience, and AI leadership insights to teach frameworks that help executives and founders navigate uncertainty, align teams, and scale effectively. Osnat is an experienced startup and leadership coach who has worked with some of the leading startups in their respective industries.

This self-exploration is vital for shaping how leaders interact with their cofounders and teams, and influence organizational culture.
Session Two: Interpersonal Dynamics
Moving from self to team, this session involves exercises in empirically-grounded communication methods. Participants will learn to recognize and apply four archetypes to enhance communication with their teams, fostering more effective and empathetic leadership.
Session Three: Organizational Culture
The final session focuses on embedding values and principles into the organization. Leaders will explore strategies to maintain a consistent culture as the organization scales, ensuring that core values are upheld across all levels. This ensures sustained performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Who are the moderators?
**Mauro Mujica Parodi** brings a wealth of experience from leading Marine Corps troops in Iraq to scaling teams as CPO and GM at Narrative Science and VP of Product at Salesforce. Now a leadership instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy, he blends military rigor, startup expertise, and academic insight to shape tomorrow's leaders.
**Osnat Fried Laznik,** is an organizational psychologist and executive coach, with over a decade of experience in the organizational development field. She specializes in leadership development, organizational culture, and peer learning facilitation. Osnat works with leaders in hyper growth Startups and tech companies, helping them scale wisely, and build healthy, high performing organizations.
