Join us at LLG for a Strengths-Based Wellness Workshop on Wednesday, April 10th, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for participants to explore their personal health and well-being journeys. Rather than focusing on deficiencies, attendees will discover how to harness their innate strengths to design a customized plan aligned with their individual needs, preferences, and goals.
Facilitated by our client and Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths coach, Anne Grieves, this workshop is designed to equip participants with practical strategies and insights on integrating their strengths into daily routines to bolster physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
