Dr. Fang is a Distinguished Service Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a seasoned entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the software industry. Dr. Fang's research and product expertise lie in personalized healthcare, clinical trials, and data mining on digital audience behavior profiling and targeting. With multiple US patents to her name, she also serves as an associate editor for the IEEE Reliability Society. Dr. Fang's entrepreneurial spirit has led her to co-found two companies, including AiCare, a cutting-edge AI and cloud-powered healthcare & medical platform, and RepliCare, an AI lab providing immersive therapy. Prior to this, Dr. Fang served as Global/Sr. Product Manager and Architect at LinkedIn, Yahoo, Bluekai (acquired by Oracle), and Sun Microsystems.

John Whaley, Founder & CEO of Redcoat AI and Inception Studio
Dr. John Whaley is Founder of Redcoat AI. He also started Inception Studio, a nonprofit accelerator for AI-native founders, and previously founded two other cybersecurity companies: UnifyID and Moka5. He is an expert in computer security and has spoken at numerous conferences and industry events, including RSA Conference four times. He holds a doctorate in computer science from Stanford University, where he won the Arthur L. Samuel Thesis Award for Best Thesis. He was named to the Forbes AI 50, worked at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center and Tokyo Research Lab, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from MIT.
Charles Xie, Founder and CEO of Zilliz
Charles Xie is the founder and CEO of Zilliz. Zilliz is a company dedicated to developing an unstructured data platform for AI applications. Zilliz is the creator of Milvus, the world's most popular open source vector database. Milvus is used by more than 5,000 enterprises worldwide and has accumulated more than 25M downloads and installs. Charles Xie is also actively involved in the LF AI & Data Open Source Foundation, where he has been a director from 2020 to the present, and Chairman of the Board in 2020 and 2021. Prior to founding Zilliz, he was the founding engineer of Oracle's 12c cloud database project. Charles Xie received his bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and his master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
