Dr. Giulia D'Anna, a University of Melbourne dentistry graduate (1996), established her dental practice in 1998 before expanding into cosmetic facial procedures. She pursued further education in non-surgical injectables, Dermal Science (AACDS), and Facial Anatomy (University of Pennsylvania). A Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS) and an honorary Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics (FIADFE), she has over ten years of experience as a cosmetic injectables educator.
Dr. D’Anna is a Key Opinion Leader for Merz Pharmaceuticals and Dermal Distinction Academy and has developed her own training program focusing on practical expertise and ethical practice. She lectures internationally, contributes to industry publications, and serves on professional committees, including ASAPS’ Non-Surgical Symposium Scientific Committee and Faculty for Anatomy for injectors (AFI, ASAPS). Additionally, she hosts the Dermal Distinction Podcast, promoting ethical aesthetics.
