The Fight for Trans Rights: How to Talk About the Supreme Court Case U.S. v. Skrmetti

​With Donald Trump returning to the White House in January, our rights and fundamental freedoms are on the line more than ever before. And the fight for our rights has already begun — including a critical battle for transgender justice at the Supreme Court on December 4th.

​Join the ACLU for a creator briefing on November 15, where you can learn more about the case U.S. v Skrmetti, which will determine whether the government can target trans people and possibly others for discrimination – specifically for receiving hormone therapy, life saving medical care for young trans people.
