About this Event

In the digital age, new technologies are reshaping the art world. The emergence of blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) has further revolutionized how we perceive ownership and authenticity in the digital world, allowing artists and collectors to trade unique digital assets with verifiable scarcity.

This event is part of the ARTeCHÓ project and seeks to connect academia and Crypto Art communities to showcase and discuss the potential of digital art. It aims to create awareness about the potential of emerging trends such as Crypto Art and other technological tools to be used as a modern method of art monetization, copyright protection, and fostering innovative business models in the art economy.

ARTeCHÓ is a European initiative to unleash the potential of the emerging art ecosystem, created by five European institutions: Startup Europe Regions Network (SERN), Zaragoza City of Knowledge Foundation, Meet Digital Center, Baltan Laboratories and Frankfurt School Blockchain Center (FSBC). The ARTeCHÓ project aims to build a peer-to-peer learning community for artists, focusing on the technical aspects of art creation and its intersection with new technologies like Crypto Art, blockchain, and NFTs.

Join us for an immersive online experience featuring inspiring presentations from artists involved in the ARTeCHÓ project, who will showcase their works and participate in a Q&A session. This event offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the artists and ask questions about their processes and the broader implications of Crypto Art.
