Connecting top talent with the right opportunity - that’s what gives me a real high. 😇"

I mentioned about an initiative to solve the problem of "AI Talent Gap" in India. The response was amazing!

To make it actionable, I am driving the following initiatives every Saturday.

1. I conduct a 1 hour session on a technical topic in AI

2. AI Project School: We share the projects of 'Project Sponsors' with anyone who wants to learn AI and contribute to them

If these projects get past the MVP stage and manage to get funding, the contributors can get job or internship opportunities. Also, dedicated, passionate contributors can get a letter of recommendation from the Project Sponsors, which will help them get job opportunities.

The most important takeaway should be the Real World project experience gained in building, deploying and shipping an AI application.
