Dave is the founder of two SaaS startups, a dedicated entrepreneurial ecosystem builder based in Colorado, and an angel investor passionate about mission-driven organizations.
With 25 years of experience in building high-functioning teams, Dave is currently the CEO and Founder of Technical Integrity, a boutique firm that builds highly scalable teams for startups with an emphasis on deep cultural alignment as well as strong technical acumen.
He was the co-founder of nonprofit Aspen Entrepreneurs, which provided mentorship, co-working space, and resources for a 50,000-person rural valley.
He's an advisor for a variety of startup-related organizations and a regular speaker on the topic of mental health and wellness in the startup realm.
When he's not building healthy startup teams, you can be sure to find him on the road focused on his travel photography, snowboarding, or finding the next secret hole-in-the-wall restaurant or gorgeous snorkeling spot.
